As an Internet technology and marketing pioneer, Jon has a proven record of entrepreneurship, technical innovation and leadership. Prior to founding Clock Four, he was VP of Account Services at, overseeing clients like Visa, Safeway, Del Monte and others. Jon also was a principal at digital imaging studio Sandbox Interactive where he worked with Gap, Inc., Levi’s and Apple. Jon is a former pilot, EMT, commercial fisherman and ski salesman.

Diane brings over 20 years of management experience to the agency and is responsible for our financial strength. Before Clock Four, she was the CFO at Loan Performance for 13 years. During those years, she helped transform the company into the industry leader in mortgage database and credit analytics, leading to its successful sale to First American. Diane has also held senior positions at Omega Performance Consulting, Rosenberg Real Estate Equity Funds and KPMG.

Jerry is a visionary technologist whose experience spans the lifetime of the online industry. Prior to Clock Four, Jerry was the Director of Technology at where he served global clients and teams. He is an experienced analyst, architect and .NET and LAMP developer with a passion for service-oriented architecture. Jerry oversees enterprise partnerships with Microsoft, Autonomy, Akamai and others. He is also an Ektron CMS-certified gold partner.

Steven holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing science from Acadia University and an MBA with a marketing concentration from Dalhousie University.
