As an Internet technology and marketing pioneer, Jon has a proven record of entrepreneurship, technical
innovation and leadership. Prior to founding Clock Four, he was VP of Account Services at Agency.com,
overseeing clients like Visa, Safeway, Del Monte and others. Jon also was a principal at digital imaging
studio Sandbox Interactive where he worked with Gap, Inc., Levi’s and Apple. Jon is a former pilot, EMT,
commercial fisherman and ski salesman.
Chief Executive Officer
Diane brings over 20 years of management experience to the agency and is responsible for our financial
strength. Before Clock Four, she was the CFO at Loan Performance for 13 years. During those years, she
transform the company into the industry leader in mortgage database and credit analytics, leading to its
successful sale to First American. Diane has also held senior positions at Omega Performance Consulting,
Rosenberg Real Estate Equity Funds and KPMG.
Chief Financial Officer
Jerry is a visionary technologist whose experience spans the lifetime of the online industry. Prior to
Four, Jerry was the Director of Technology at Agency.com where he served global clients and teams. He is
experienced analyst, architect and .NET and LAMP developer with a passion for service-oriented
Jerry oversees enterprise partnerships with Microsoft, Autonomy, Akamai and others. He is also an Ektron
CMS-certified gold partner.
Chief Technology Officer
Steven brings 15 years of expertise in strategic marketing solutions and client performance to Clock
is a metrics and outcome-focused strategist with a passion for developing and enacting effective
marketing challenges. He has designed and implemented award-winning solutions for clients across
financial services and insurance. Steven holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing science from Acadia
and an MBA with a marketing concentration from Dalhousie University.
Vice President of Strategy
David is responsible for managing successful business relationships, overseeing account teams and
business development efforts. With 20 years of account management experience, David has worked with
agencies, including DDB, J. Walter Thompson and Digitas. He also has played key roles in helping build
brands such as Nike, Cisco, Dell, Microsoft, VMware and many others.

Brian has more than 20 years of account management experience working for agencies in New York, Seattle
San Francisco. He has managed brands like Microsoft, Cisco, Salesforce.com, AT&T and Arizona State
His work has resulted in multiple awards, including Addys, International ECHOs, the Lester Wunderman
Creative Leadership and an Oracle Markie for Best Lead Management Program at the 2016 Oracle Modern
